Electronic Devices

Cell Phones

Cell phones should be silenced during class times. If you must take/make a call or text during class, remove yourself from the classroom, take care of your issue quickly and return to class quickly. Phones with ear buds may be used for music unless you are on a phone contract. Music should be continuous, like from a playlist or site, and not chosen individually. Find your playlist and then leave the phone alone.

Music Devices

Music devices must be unheard by others during class time – keep them quiet enough to ensure that others are not distracted and that you do not damage your ears. Students must use earbuds or headphones, and must provide their own music devices (MP3, iPod, phone).

Computer Use

Students must adhere to the district policies and the technology agreement. Students are to use their best judgment when accessing district devices and the internet. Take care of private things outside of class time. Violation of this agreement could result in loss of computer privileges.
