D6 Athlete of the Week: ElleJay Garcia, Northridge High School

D6 Athlete of the Week: ElleJay Garcia, Northridge High School

"ElleJay has truly been the workhorse of our team this season. Coming in to the year with only JV experience, she committed herself to improving every aspect of her game and earned a spot in our Varsity lineup from day one. Throughout the season, she has consistently competed in the #3 position behind two senior golfers who are both previous state qualifiers, a testament to the tremendous growth and dedication she has shown." - AJ Johnson, Golf Coach

Her hard work, determination, and willingness to compete have paid off in a huge way. This weekend, we found out that ElleJay officially qualified for the State Tournament herself! We are incredibly proud of everything she has accomplished and excited that we will now be taking three girls to state this season." - AJ Johnson, Golf Coach
